FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1.-Can
I make a reservation or request for quotations by fax, e-mail or
telephone?
No, you can get an instant custom made quotation through our online
booking system and the possibility to continue with the definitive
reservation. Please make sure that your e-mail address is typed
correctly.
2.-Do
I have to pay anything else, beside the prices shown on your website?
No, our prices are FULLY INCLUSIVE (shown in Euro's):
* Insurance
* Unlimited Mileage
* All extra drivers
* Extras like: Baby Seats, Roof Racks, etc.
Except
Fuel - when picking up your car you pay the amount of a full tank
of petrol. (the tank is to be returned empty)

- What does the insurance provided cover?
In just a few lines it is hard to explain all the insurance coverage,
however when you go to make a booking you will see in the sections
of "included" and "not included" what the insurance
covers. As you may understand the insurance coverage may alter slightly
depending on each destination and each rent a car provider. The
following is not covered by the insurance: damage to wheels (punctures,
damage to alloys, etc.) damage to the underneath of the vehicle,
damage to the vehicle while driving under the influence of prohibited
substances, loss of keys, personal accident insurance (may be purchased
directly from the rent a car provider when collecting the vehicle)
4.-How
much will I pay for full tank of fuel?
Prices can vary depending on the model of car and location, 35 Euros
for the smallest cars and 85 Euros for larger cars. Please not this
price is always an estimation. In some locations this is not the
case, you may return the car with the same amount of fuel that it
had when you received it.
5.-Can
I pay cash?
Yes you may pay in Euros, but Remember that it is essential to show
a credit card in the drivers name when you pick up the car. (must
be a credit card, not a debit card)
6.-Can
I make a booking by telephone, fax, e.mail, or directly at the destination?
No, bookings should be made through our online booking system. Please
make sure your e.mail address is written correctly. Please note
Booking Centre Online works with a wide range of rent a car providers
therefore your car collection will be at one of their desks which
is indicated on the confirmation voucher we send you. BCO is not
located in any of the airports or offices, the only way of contacting
us is via the internet or telephone.
7.-Can
I collect the car at any time?
Obviously all deliveries are done by our suppliers in their offices
and the deliveries can only be done during their opening hours (generally
09.00 -13.00 and 16.30-19.30 from Monday to Friday and 09.00-13.00
Saturdays; Sundays and local holidays are closed), except Airports
where the car collection could be the 24 hrs a day if you provide
us with your flight and arrival time.
8.-May
I collect and drop off the car at any office?
Only if the selector COLLECT/RETURN allows you to do so, otherwise
it is not possible.
9.-Can
you deliver my car at places other than your office or airports?
Yes, we will deliver your car for FREE, within the limits of the
car hire companies (maximum of 10 kilometres from any of their offices)
and a minimum of 7 days hire and always under request.
10.-How
will I find my car if my flight arrives late at night or delayed?
If you provide us with your arrival time and your arrival flight
number there will be a representative waiting for you on your arrival
- 24 hours a day, 365 days a year!
11.-What
do I need to hire a car?
You need to be in possession of a valid driving license with three
years minimum standing and to be in possession of a valid credit
card. The minimum age of the hirer must be 23 years with the exception
of the Canary Islands where it is 26 years of age.
12.-Can
all the members of my family (or my friends) drive our hired car?
No, only those drivers specified on the contract may drive your
hired car. 12.-Can I push or tow other vehicles? No it is not permited
to use the vehicle to push or tow other vehicles.
13.-What
will I do if my car breaks down?
All cars are new and replaced after 6 months of use. You will find
the car hir company phone number on your confirmation voucher so
should any failure occur you can call them directly and they will
solve the problem as fast as possible!
14.-Do
your cars have air conditioning?
Almost all models include air conditioning. You may look at our
online quotation system to see all the included specifications of
all models.
15.-Can
I make a reservation for a specific car, specific fuel, or specific
colour (e.g. Ford Ka, diesel, green)?
No we can not accept reservations for specific models or specific
fuel, we always confirm the reservation for a Type/Group of car.
This means a group of cars with similar specifications.
16.-Can
I drive with the car to another country?
Yes you may drive into the European countries (Portugal , France,
Germany, Holland Š etc) with a previous conscent by our providers
and paying the extra insurance. It is completely forbidden to drive
the car in North Africa (Morocco, Algeria , Ceuta, Melilla Šetc)
Please note not all car hire companies permit driving their vehicles
out of the country therefore they must always be advised before
doing so.
17.-
Is there any cancellation fees?
No cancellation charges will apply. But please contact us as soon
as possible. If you need to cancel your booking, other people could
enjoy the car you did not use.
